It all started when our founder — a working professional far from home — craved a simple, authentic dal chawal that tasted like his mother’s. What began as a small idea to cook for friends turned into a fully equipped kitchen, a growing team of skilled home chefs, and a vision to deliver regional, comforting food at scale without compromising quality.
